Upper Bay Surgery Center seeks a Director of Nursing to lead day-to-day OR operations and drive process improvements for patient care and experience. The role reports to the Administrator and emphasizes fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance evaluation.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, nursing degree, CPR/ACLS, and 2+ years in OR/critical care with supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
