Job description
Genesis HCC is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations in our skilled nursing and long-term care center. The DON oversees nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting input, performance management, and driving quality improvement, infection control, and clinical best practices. The Director partners closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team, mentors nurses, supports professional development, and fosters a culture of compassion, respect, integrity, and collaboration with patients, families, and staff.
