Job description
Collage Nursing and Home Care Partners, LLC is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead professional services within a rehabilitation‑focused homecare team. The DON provides clinical leadership, ensures high‑quality nursing services, and partners with the Program Director to align care with evidence‑based practices.
The role requires RN licensure, a bachelor's degree, and extensive experience in advanced clinical leadership, preferably in brain/spinal cord rehab.
