Job description
NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the nursing department and align program policies with the hospital's strategic plan. The role partners with the CEO to drive clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across units.
The ideal candidate will have a BSN (or related degree) with 5+ years RN leadership in psychiatric/medical-surgical/ED settings and at least 3 years in nursing management.
