Director of Nursing RN
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing RN to join our team in Cherry Hill Township, NJ. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including the management of staff, patient care, and quality improvement initiatives
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and excellent outcomes
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to ensure the effective allocation of resources
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and data analysis to support quality improvement initiatives
Stay current with industry developments, trends, and best practices to continuously improve patient care and operations
Requirements
Current RN license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
