Director of Nursing RN
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing RN to lead our skilled nursing facility's nursing team. As a trusted leader, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
About the Role:
The Director of Nursing RN will be responsible for:
Leading and managing a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve clinical outcomes
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence in patient care
Collaborating with the medical director, therapy departments, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
Conducting regular Rounds to ensure quality care and address any concerns or issues
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans
Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives and initiatives to reduce readmissions and improve patient outcomes
Director of Nursing RN, with expertise in clinical operations and leadership, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our facility.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards of care
Conducts regular clinical rounds to ensure quality care and address concerns
Collaborates with medical director, therapy departments, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Ensures accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans
Participates in Quality Improvement initiatives and initiatives to reduce readmissions and improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BScN) or Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
Current RN license in the state of (Insert State)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
Proven leadership and management experience, with a focus on clinical operations and quality care
