Job description
Journey, Tybee Island, GA, seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and drive staff development. This role partners with the Executive Director to uphold standards, quality care, and fiscal responsibility in a geriatric setting.
The DON will oversee nursing services, implement care plans, and lead CQI initiatives while fostering a collaborative, resident-focused culture across the campus.
