Job description
Citadel Healthcare in Rockford, IL, is seeking a Director of Nursing RN to lead the nursing and therapy services, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budget and staff development. The DON will schedule, supervise and mentor staff, coordinate with physicians and administrators, and oversee admissions and patient care planning.
Requirements include a current RN license, Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN preferred), and CPR certification, with prior DON experience preferred.
