Job description
MediLodge of Westwood in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the facility's nursing program with a focus on achieving the highest quality of care. The DON will oversee staff development, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with health services to optimize resident outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have an RN license in Michigan, CPR certification, and at least three years of DON or equivalent supervisory nursing experience.
