Responsibilities

Lead and manage the nursing team to provide high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services

Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing or related field

At least 3 years of experience in a director or leadership role in a skilled nursing facility

Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff development and patient care coordination

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
