Job description
New Perspective Senior Living in Erie, PA is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality care for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will manage nursing operations, training, care coordination, and relationships with residents, families, physicians, and vendors.
The role requires an active RN license, leadership experience, and strong communication and organizational skills to maintain exceptional resident care and service standards.
