Job description
Dial Senior Living is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide overall leadership of nursing services in the community, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while complying with regulations.
The role oversees clinical operations, staffing, and quality initiatives, conducts assessments, coordinates care plans, and acts as liaison with regulatory agencies. Active RN license and 3–5 years of management in senior living required; salary range $90,000–$105,000 annually.
