Job description
Alliance Health at Rosewood in Peabody, MA is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services to lead our clinical team. The role requires strong communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff, and the ability to implement patient care policies and regulatory compliance.
You will supervise nurse managers and coordinators, manage staffing and budgets, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with the Medical Director.
