Job description
Arbor Care Centers seeks a Director of Nursing to direct and evaluate nursing care across daily operations in the absence of the Executive Director. This role oversees clinical and administrative functions, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives quality patient outcomes in a long-term care setting.
The DON will lead staffing, training, and performance reviews, collaborate with the medical director, and coordinate with QA&A to address care improvements. Travel may be required.
