Job description
Guilford Skilled Nursing Facility in Connecticut is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The DON will oversee clinical operations, mentor nurses, and collaborate with administration to maintain compliance and patient safety.
