Job description
Westpark a Waters Community is actively seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) / Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care 24/7. The DON will supervise nursing and therapy staff, coordinate with the administrator, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least one year of nursing administration experience, and demonstrates strong knowledge of long-term care regulations.
