Seeking a Nursing Director to oversee and ensure healthcare services in Tarrytown, NY.
This full-time role involves managing nursing operations, ensuring compliance, and coordinating care with various professionals.
Expertise in healthcare technology systems is essential.
Requirements
Oversee and ensure healthcare services for individuals.
Manage nursing operations and compliance.
Develop and enforce nursing policies.
Coordinate care with physicians and other professionals.
Address medication inventory and administration.
Ensure staff training and certification.
Participate in on-call system for nursing support.
Qualifications
BSN or master's degree in nursing required.
Registered Nurse licensed in NYS.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable transportation (NYS Driver's License required).
Experience with OPWDD regulations preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
