Job description
Charlwell Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Director of Nurses to oversee the Nursing Service Department, ensuring care quality and regulatory compliance. The DON will plan, organize, and direct operations, working under the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high care standards.
The ideal candidate has long-term care DON experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and effective leadership abilities, with PCC experience and a BSN preferred.
