Job description
Hireology is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and shape the care experience for residents. In this senior role, you will ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective team management across recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance processes.
You will partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure access to equipment and supplies.
