Director of Nursing (RN)

As a Director of Nursing (RN) at Outfield Healthcare Partners , you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical leadership and oversight to our nursing team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and services. Director of Nursing will play a vital role in developing and implementing our care plans, overseeing staff education and training, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership to our interdisciplinary care team, including registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Oversee staff education and training, ensuring that all employees are equipped to provide high-quality care
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including HIPAA and survey readiness
Collaborate with other departments, including administration, social services, and activities, to coordinate patient care and services
Perform routine rounds to ensure that our residents are receiving the highest level of care
Requirements:
Current RN license in the State of Texas
Minimum of (insert number) years of experience in long-term care or a related setting
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
