Job description
Director of Nursing Responsibilities/Duties Include:
Directing and developing nursing staff to include assisting with scheduling of nursing department staff
Promote and restores the patients’ health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area
Ensuring nursing operational standards are met
Conduct resident assessments and evaluations, coordinate resident care management and perform necessary RN duties
Collaborating with the Physician and the interdisciplinary team.
