Job description
Tenet Massachusetts seeks an RN Director of Women’s Services to lead nursing and patient care across multiple units while reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer. The role requires ensuring quality care, staff competency, and efficient resource management in a dynamic hospital setting.
Ideal candidates will have an active RN license, a BSN (MSN preferred), and at least two years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment.
