Job description
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services seeks an experienced Dietary Services Director to lead and coordinate dietary operations in our facility. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and align menus with physician orders and approved diet cycles to support resident well-being.
The role requires a DMA-approved Dietary Manager Training program and active certification, plus strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and MDS coordination.
