Job description
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Dietary Services Director to lead, coordinate, and supervise the dietary services staff, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable laws and facility policies.
You will oversee menu planning, nutrition Care Plans, MDS involvement, staff scheduling, training, and adherence to DMA ethics and standards, with responsibilities across cost accounting and purchasing within the facility.
