Job description
Wilson Health is seeking a dynamic Director to oversee Occupational Health, Employer Direct Care, and Urgent Care clinics. You will drive strategy, programs, and service expansion, while leading staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives.
The role requires 5+ years in healthcare leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel across markets as needed. You will report to the Vice-President of Wilson Health Medical Group and shape patient-centered care programs.
