Job description
Teledyne FLIR OEM seeks a Contracts Director to lead the contracts function for government and commercial programs in Goleta, CA. You will shape strategy, negotiate complex agreements, and mentor a high-performing team to enable growth with compliant risk management.
The role partners with executive leadership, finance, and legal to drive pricing, governance, and contract administration across the full lifecycle, from proposal to closeout, ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS and internal policies.
