Job description
Irvine Company Office Properties seeks a Senior Director, Office Reinvestment to lead the Asset Management team in driving reinvestment strategy across its portfolio of office properties. You will plan and execute capital projects, manage budgets, coordinate with leasing, design, construction, and operations, and ensure timely approvals.
This role requires 10+ years in CRE, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of office markets; base pay range is shown and benefits offered.
