Job description
Hologic, Inc. seeks a Director, Oncology R&D to lead scientific strategy and execution of programs in our growing oncology portfolio.
This role drives development and validation of LDTs from concept through regulatory submission and clinical implementation. The candidate will oversee portfolio planning, lifecycle management of diagnostic tests, and exploratory biomarker research, while remaining deeply engaged in lab work and scientific details.
