# Director of Oncology Pharmacy and Infusion ServicesChristianaCare · Newark, DEVisit company websiteFULL-TIMEPosted Sep 24, K–230K a year## Job DescriptionChristianaCare seeks a Director of Oncology Pharmacy and Infusion Operations to lead investigational drug services and oncology infusion pharmacy across our health system. This role oversees clinical pharmacy services for cancer care, investigational drug management, infusion center operations, medication safety, and regulatory compliance. The Director will drive quality, standardize practices, manage budgets and staffing, support oncology research, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, and research teams. The leader will foster a culture of excellence, innovation, equity, and continuous improvement in patient-centered oncology care.
