Job description
Dexter Magnetic Technologies is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to drive enterprise-wide operational excellence across manufacturing and support functions. You will coach leaders, build CI capabilities, and align initiatives with strategic goals to deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.
The position requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, data-driven decision making, and strong leadership to deploy programs like OEE, DFMA, and standard work across sites.
