Fessler & Bowman, Inc. seeks a Director of Internal Operations to lead enterprise-wide process improvement across departments, regions and projects.
Reporting to the COO, the role will standardize systems, optimize Project Management and Field Operations, and drive technology adoption to support growth. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in construction operations and a proven ability to lead cross-functional change, with strong communication and Lean/Six Sigma experience.
