Job Description
Oversee all investment castings operations, encompassing manufacturing planning, execution, lean initiatives, KPIs, and safety programs
Directly manage a team of 3-6 Production Managers, providing leadership and strategic direction
Drive production performance and develop strategic plans aligned with the Plant Manager's objectives
Champion lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement across operations
Key Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy manufacturing environments
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience managing Production Managers
