Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations and Growth, based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. The Director of Operations and Growth will oversee the daily operational functions, oversee the team of caregivers, and develop strategies for organizational growth. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring team members, solving operational challenges, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer service, and developing relationships and partnerships within the community.
Qualifications
Operations Management and Budgeting: Proven experience in managing operations and overseeing budgets to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Team Management: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams to achieve organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategic operational improvements.
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to uphold high standards of client care and establish strong relationships with clients and their families.
Additional qualifications: Exceptional communication skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Prior experience in healthcare or home care services is an advantage.
