Job description
Critical Materials Group is seeking a Director of Operations for the Ballinger Campus in Texas. This on-site leadership role oversees four pillars—Logistics/Supply Chain, Site Operations, Health/Safety/Security, and IT/InfoSec—and will drive daily execution while standing up Phase 2 and Phase 3 workstreams.
