About the Position
The Director of Operations will oversee a local Boston-area affordable housing portfolio, drive operational results, support site and regional teams, and help maintain the company’s culture as the portfolio continues to grow. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who can think strategically while still getting close enough to the details to coach, teach, and solve problems.
