About the Role:
Central Security Service Bureau LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize our day-to-day business functions in White Plains, NY. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the operational backbone of a dynamic security services organization. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all daily operational activities across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff and supervisory teams to drive performance
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior leadership
Coordinate with clients to ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and quality standards
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives across operations
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Identify operational gaps and implement strategic improvements to support business growth
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive operations management experience, preferably in security services or a related field
Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams and multi-site operations
Strong knowledge of security industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in operational software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
Valid NYS security license or ability to obtain one is a plus
