Job description
We're partnered with a well-established GC looking to add a Director of Operations to help lead their growing Amazon-focused ground-up construction group across the Southeast.
This is a great opportunity for a strong Senior Project Manager or early Project Executive/Director ready to step into a larger leadership role while staying close to the work.
The Role:
Oversee a team of 10-12 PMs, APMs, and Project Coordinators
Lead delivery of ground-up Amazon, light industrial, warehouse, and cold storage projects
Allocate teams and resources while supporting successful project delivery
Partner with regional leadership and travel throughout the Southeast as needed
What They're Looking For:
Strong GC background coming up through the project management side
Senior PM, Project Executive, or early Director-level experience
Light Industrial (warehouse, distribution, cold storage) ground-up construction experience required
Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and develop people
