Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily operations with a focus on developing leaders, pursuing customer satisfaction, and growing the results of the business
Coach and motivate team leaders to foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
Assist with training new and existing team leaders and identify future leaders
Manage inventory efficiently and help reduce waste
Ensure smooth execution during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment
Must have Chick-fil-A experience
Understanding of food safety and sanitation preferred but not required
Flexible availability between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and lead with urgency in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented with a passion for learning and developing others
