Responsibilities
The speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru.
Coaching the behaviors of all Shift Leaders, Pacesetters and Team Members who work in the Drive-Thru. Their behaviors include: Proper bagging to ensure high-quality food

Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
Cash management best practices
Implementation of innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence.
Delivering weekly Drive-Thru performance reports to the leadership team.
Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Drive-Thru team members.
Aligning daily practices of the Drive-Thru with the Vision of the organization and with the annual Thematic Goal of the organization.
Work a minimum of forty hours per week in the restaurant.
Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all Drive-Thru related goals and success factors to Team Members.
Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation.
Effectively coach and give direction.
Enthusiastically and passionately lead the Drive-Thru team.
