Job description
Derse, a leading face-to-face marketing agency and exhibit builder, seeks an Operations Director for the Dallas area to oversee post-sale activities, ensure work is planned, produced, and completed to client specifications, and maintain Derse standards. You will supervise billing and cost controls, generate monthly financial reports, and lead weekly production meetings with sales and office staff.
A strong background in operations, leadership, and fabrication trades is essential.
