Job description
Clark Institute seeks a Director of Operations to manage day-to-day operations across facilities, grounds, security and sustainability. You will oversee capital and maintenance projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with policy standards while leading multiple managers and reporting to the Director's Advisory Group.
You will drive strategic facilities initiatives, manage budgets, support events, and strengthen external relationships to maintain a premier campus experience.
