Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven operations leader to oversee the performance, efficiency, and growth of a filtration division. In this role, you will guide day-to-day operations while driving long-term improvements across production, supply chain coordination, quality, safety, and team performance. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a process-focused mindset, and the ability to align operational execution with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize division-wide operations to support productivity, quality, service, and profitability goals.
Develop and implement operational strategies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow across production and support functions.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to ensure aligned execution.
Monitor operational KPIs and take action to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support on-time delivery.
Drive safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout all operational activities.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses to ensure strong financial performance.
Evaluate staffing needs, support talent development, and build a high-performing team culture.
Identify process bottlenecks and lead improvement efforts using data-driven decision-making.
Support customer satisfaction by ensuring reliable execution, responsiveness, and product consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Several years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or industrial production.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple operational priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, lean principles, and process improvement.
Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and make sound business decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining accountability for results.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in filtration, manufacturing, industrial products, or a related technical industry.
Background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems, production reporting tools, or operational dashboards.
Demonstrated success in scaling operations or improving performance in a growing organization.
