Job description
CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a Director of Operations to oversee front office, fitness, spa, rooms, and food & beverage. You will champion the property's vision and service culture, fostering unity and teamwork across departments while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
You will lead organizational change, drive continuous improvement, and develop talent while ensuring safe, compliant operations and strong profit performance across the property.
