Job description
EON, Inc., an employee-owned organization, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a broad portfolio of home and community based services and health care programs. You will drive operations performance, growth, and compliance across licensure, service delivery, and personnel, reporting to the CEO and Board.
This full-time exempt role requires travel up to 25%, supervision of staff, and presence in the New Ulm office 2–3 days weekly.
