Level99 Paramus is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the opening and daily operations of a 40,000+ square foot venue with a 100+ team. You will manage beverage, entertainment, events, and maintenance functions while delivering exceptional hospitality and financial results.
The role requires 15+ years in hospitality/entertainment, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to daily operations, scheduling, and vendor relations across a high-volume venue.
