Job description
An established restaurant group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit restaurant operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences across multiple entities.
Director Of Operations – Benefits And Compensation
Competitive salary: $120,000 - $130,000 annually with bonus eligibility

Director Of Operations – Requirements & Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service restaurants
5+ years as a Director overseeing at least 4 entities with 75+ employees total
Strong background in P&L management, cost controls, and compliance standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Director of Operations - Must Haves
Lead and mentor General Managers while ensuring adherence to company systems and policies
Conduct regular restaurant visits to monitor quality, service, and guest satisfaction
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards
Director Of Operations – Preferred Background & Skills
Multi-unit leadership experience in a restaurant group or hospitality company, at least 4 units
Proven success driving sales growth and operational efficiency
Hands-on leadership style with strong team-building and motivational skills
ServSafe certification and advanced knowledge of culinary and food safety standards
