Job description
A privately held manufacturing company in Muncie, Indiana is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee plant and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in metal fabrication and plant management. They will be responsible for driving improvements in operational metrics while managing budgets. A competitive salary in the range of $150,000 to $185,000 along with bonuses and equity participation is offered. Relocation assistance is available.
