Job description
Perlen House is seeking a Director of Operations to lead Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Loss Prevention, and Valet & Bell Services, ensuring seamless guest journeys and brand standards. You will partner with the General Manager to manage the annual operating budget, labor, and KPIs, and to open new spaces with tested SOPs, training programs, and cross‑department collaboration.
