Boutique multifamily office serving sophisticated domestic and international families and principals requiring comprehensive, family-office-level investment and wealth advisory services is seeking a Director of Operations to join the leadership team in Miami. Extensive client contact.
Highlights
Serve as Director of Operations role at a fast-growing Miami-based RIA, focused on building processes, improving execution, and supporting the firm’s next stage of growth.
Build and manage operational processes across custodians, trade execution, compliance, reporting, and provider connectivity to support continued growth and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to bring key operational functions in-house, improve workflows, and ensure operations are handled efficiently across the firm.
Partner with advisors and client service teams to support a smooth client experience for ultra high net worth domestic and international families.
Differentiated platform with a particular focus on technology-driven opportunities and access to private deals not available through traditional wealth management channels.
$120,000+ first year compensation package based on experience, including base salary and performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
3+ years of operations experience in an RIA or family office
