Job description
Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Director of Operations to lead a six-plant network in the Southeast, with 60% travel to sites from South Florida to Georgia. Responsible for productivity, staffing, overtime, and cost control with direct oversight of plant managers.
Annual salary ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 USD, plus an KPI-based bonus. HQ is in Miami; relocation and temporary lodging may be considered for the right candidate.
